Terms & Conditions

SHIPPING

  • Matyck ship orders out on each business day, orders received prior to 10:00am AEST will be sent same day. All other orders will be sent the following business day. In the event of a delay, Matyck will contact you via email to advise of any delays.
  • All items are sent via Australia Post with tracking. Upon receipt of your Order Completion email you will receive your tracking number. Please advise that Australia Post can take anywhere between 2 – 14 business days for delivery.

REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • All refund requests, returns and exchanges must be done within 60 days of purchase.
  • Matyck are happy to provide full refunds for Change of Mind purchases.
  • Items must be returned in the original condition in their original packaging with proof of purchase. For example, you need to provide your Tax Invoice.
  • We reserve the right to reject any items that are returned in unsaleable condition.
  • The customer is responsible for the return postage costs, unless there was an error with the order. In this case we will cover all costs to ensure you are not out of pocket.
  • All returns will be processed within 2 days of arriving back to Matyck however during busy periods this may be extended to 5 days.

FAULTY ITEMS

  • If you have received a faulty item we apologise! Please email us directly at: info@matyck.com.au with a photo of the item so we can arrange an exchange for you immediately.
